Seeing the floods in Valencia was horrible, and the aftermath is devastating for so many. In the paddock alone we know many people who live in that area, and we of course also race there annually, so this disaster hits close to home. Of course, our thoughts have been with all those affected over the last few weeks, but it's even better that we now get the chance to actively help through this Solidarity GP. #RacingForValencia is a great initiative by MotoGP. We aim to entertain the fans, raise funds for the people affected by the floods, and end the 2024 season in the right way so all MotoGP fans can have that sense of closure before we start the 2025 testing in Barcelona on Tuesday.
